I reached the venue 15 minutes earlier than scheduled time but I had to wait more than 45 minutes before my interview was started. It was mismanaged. There was a white board exercise in which it appeared that they wanted the exact architecture which they had in their application. I explained the architecture of my previous projects but they seemed not happy. The worse part was, within 15 minutes of interview, the body language of the lead and manager showed that they were not interested, for instance the manager was yawning. This was deeply demotivating.
