Demica interview questions

Initial interview with talent acquisition to find out about background and then competency based interview with the hiring manager with more skills based questions and in depth discussion on previous experiences.

A positive process - 3 stages to the interview process, with both team members and senior management participating. There were a range of topics covered, including my experience, technical skills, and 'soft skills'. Timelines were clearly communicated throughout, leaving no issues around 'waiting in limbo', and feedback was provided at each stage. There was also ample opportunity for me to ask questions, very much emphasising the two-way nature of the interview process.
