The job description and actual job were very different. They want a strong Scala programmer. The interview panel they sent previously and the panel in the interview were totally different. Just hiring manager stayed from the original panel. It seems that they found the interview people at last minute. 3 of the interviewers were remote. Remote people were doing coding interview but there was no computer to share a codepad. I had to tell the code and the remote guy coded on the pad. It was so inefficient.
