It was really great because they give you tons of resources at this stage. As long as you truly want to work for the company and you can show it by going out of your way to learn more, they will give you a role
Did an Hr interview and it went well they only asked for me to introduce myself, talk about my experience and how i would react on team situations. They also asked why i was applying and what i know about the position.
Interview consist of online assessment, assessment centre, and interview with senior audit manager and HR person to take notes. Interview is divided into strength, motivational and technical based interview. assessment centre
Final stage interview - two parts, topic discussion with an extra curveball question (you should try to prepare for potential curveball questions) and normal competency interview which was very laid back.
