Interview
Ask a few behavioral questions and previous job experience; no technical question is asked; you may want to prepare a few questions for the interviewers as well. Personal experience related to ethics could also be asked.
First, there was a group discoussion case study section managed by the HR team. Then, successful candidates were interviewed by the Audit managers. Lastly, the candidates who passed the previous stages were interviewed by the aufit partner.
