the process is not that difficult. you just need to make your resume a bit accounting based and focus more on the firm perspective when prepping for the interview. Know everything about the company and where all it is placed and answer the tell me something about yourself answer really nicely.
It was a smooth process. Unlike the usual careers log-in, I directly sent my resume on the company's HR for immediate visibility (so if you have means to do that, do it). And then, make sure to know your resume, your leadership experiences (this is an advantage).

Interview
Invited for the interview. Showed up. Was taken to a room with two interviewers. The interview was probably one of the harder ones I've ever taken. The tone of the interview was also much more mean than at other places.
