I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Deloitte
Interview
Regarding the Final Stage Assessment (Interview); it lasted more than an hour, but it’s quite straightforward. The interviewer was really nice and seemed genuinely interested in what you had to say. The questions are structured based on motivation, competency and topics. For the motivational questions, make sure you research on the company i.e. culture, values, the role. For the competency questions, (here’s a tip) base your example answers to the ‘skills’ sought after by Deloitte. Make sure to mention any Deloitte values you resonate with in your answer. The follow-up questions can be a little tricky, but really think about it before you answer. For the topic questions, they ask you about two different topics that reflect any challenges that affect companies. This can be hard to prepare for as it could literally be about anything, but they do give you a few minutes to really think about it. Just make sure to back up the answer you give. Also, prepare some good questions to ask the interviewer. Just be yourself, the company just really wants to know whether you’d be a good fit for Deloitte.

Online interviews with a lot of technical questions with zero to less information from the resume provided by candidates, but it was quite a good experience overall. Need to prepare a lot before the interview.
Apply through Deloitte Careers but its better if you connect with HR personnel through linkedin. HR will then call you informing you about the position and usual introduction questions. Afterwards, two rounds of interview from HR, then one with audit heads. It takes about two to three weeks from initial interview to Job offer meeting.
