Interview
Online application and the interview was conducted over Microsoft teams with two consultants from the firm. They were very friendly and the interview flowed from topic to topic. I was able to steer the interview and speak about everything I wanted to talk about. It lasted around 30 minutes.
Not comfortable. It didn’t feel like I was being fully analyzed and taken into account thought their process. It feels too impersonal which I guess it make it hard ti judge a person.
They present you the internship programs. After that, some technical questions so they understand your interests and in which program you wish to apply and then some personality questions by the HR interviewer.

Interview
Went very smoothly.
The interviewer was very nice and the whole process was straight forward and enjoyable. They also fund your ACA if you manage to convert to the graduate role.
