I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte in Oct 2014
Interview
The hiring process was very laid back. Everyone was extremely helpful. The interviewers usually asked 2 or so behavioral questions after which the conversation took off into a different direction. If they see that you are determined, have good values, and that you want to get far in life you will be fine. All the interviews were done with people who went to the same school as you, therefore it is easier to connect with the interviewer. It give you something to talk about.
