groups of 8-10 students are formed and a case study is given to each group and there is a deloitte HR member with wach group.It is the most difficult part of interview only 1-2 students get selected from each group.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
