40 min interview with senior manager. Very relaxed interview involving standard competency based questions. Received offer 2 weeks later. There was an opportunity to ask questions about the work afterwards.
Initial online assessment followed by pre-recorded interview.
This was then followed by a lengthy interview with one senior manager in which many questions were asked, both strengths based and motivation based.
Quick process - 1 interview 45 mins (applied through spring insight).
