Interview
It comprised of three stages - test, interview with HR and manager, Interview with the partner. The whole process lasted about 3-4 weeks. they contacted onyl the ones who were selected

Question 1
Starts with typical questions such as: why do you want to work here, what are your plans over the next five years, how would you describe your strengths and weaknesses and etc.
It was a smooth process. Unlike the usual careers log-in, I directly sent my resume on the company's HR for immediate visibility (so if you have means to do that, do it). And then, make sure to know your resume, your leadership experiences (this is an advantage).
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Milan) in May 2026

Interview
Invited for the interview. Showed up. Was taken to a room with two interviewers. The interview was probably one of the harder ones I've ever taken. The tone of the interview was also much more mean than at other places.
