I applied through university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Deloitte (Hyderābād) in Aug 2018
Interview
"How did your JAM or GD session go?" followed by "Tell me about yourself."
This is how most of the interviews for BTA's at Deloitte start. After all, they call it a "Personal Interaction" instead of "Technical or HR Interview". They basically want people who are good at soft skills, and are confident about their acquired technical and non-technical skills. And definitely your answer to the above two questions give them their initial inputs to judge you. And then they dive into your personal issues or extra curriculars mentioned in your resume to understand you as a person. There is this specific question asked, and your answer to which decides a lot of your personality. And finally they get into your technical skills and aks a few questions and they definitely expect you to correctly answer them.
