Interview
I received a call shortly after applying online around October 2018, I got sent an email assessment relating to machine learning in December 2018. Once I passes this stage, I was invited for face-to-face interview in January 2019. It was in two sessions, one session was about technical skills regarding machine learning concepts. The second session proceeded to ask about more technical things like databases and personality type questions.
I was told that I will get a feedback in three days time. I didn't get any feedback for over a month. I kept calling and trying to get an outcome. After about 2 months of constant calling, the contact person in HR said, they are likely going with someone else. I never got an official response from Deloitte till date.
I don't think that is professional considering the time and travel expenses put into the interview, getting a feedback and on time would have been the right thing to do.

Interview
They have an interface where you see all of your applications and their status. Most applications are viewed by the hiring manager within a few days. First it was an HR interview, then a technical challenge, then interview with the hiring manager and the last step would be with the boss of the manager.
HR rep asked me if I would be ok with a lower salary than the one I get now, and when I said no they asked if money was my motivation which I honestly found quite impolite.
Hiring manager interview was ok, however I was shortly rejected from the position because I didn't have a technical skill which I never stated I had in my CV. They could have very easily read my CV more carefully and rejected me directly, instead of putting me in two rounds of interviews and making me spend time on the technical challenge.

El proceso de entrevista para el puesto de Data Scientist en Deloitte fue profesional, aunque demasiado largo y con muchas fases. Hubo varias entrevistas técnicas y de recursos humanos, además de ejercicios prácticos. Aunque los entrevistadores fueron amables y el proceso estuvo bien organizado, considero que podría ser más ágil y eficiente.
