Interview
Deliotte had an online written test having 3 sections-Verbal,Quantitative,Logical Reasoning.
Eligibility for the written test was a minimun of 65%. The written test was adaptive ie. the difficulty rises with each correct answer and decreases with a wrong ones and points for each question will be on the basis of its difficulty level.
They shortlisted 15 people out of 150 for the next round --Case study.
The 15 people were divided into groups and each group was given a problem statement to discuss and then come up with a solution.The group was being closely observed by the panelists.They gave about 15 min for the discussion follwed by 5 min for the prsentation of the solution and 5 minutes for Q&A. Each member was given an opportunity to speak and was question on the same.
They selected the best people from both groups (in total 6) for the personal Interview round.
The interview was basically HR n CV based with questions such "Tell me about yourself"."What do expect you will do in Deliotte" etc.

There was nothing very unexpected.They expected you to know a basic about the company's business and what they do for their clients which can be found on their website.
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.

Straightforward friendly interviews. Recruiters are helpful and staff are welcoming. The process involved two interviews with a Manager and an MD. They came back with a decision relatively quickly compared to other firms.
