First step is just personal details (grades, background etc)
SJT is quite basic
Online assessment is numerical and verbal reasoning, not timed.
Jb Simulation is video recording: that is the tough part.

It went pretty smoothly, nothing unexpected. They asked four questions: tell me about yourself, how did you learn a new technology, leadership example and motivation question. Took around 10 minutes to complete.
