Psychometric tests followed by job simulation and then an assessment centre which consisted of a topic presentation and and interview with the director. Topic was provided beforehand and lots of guidance was given.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Singapore) in Sept 2018
Interview
Online application, phone screening and bootcamp. Bootcamp consisted of 1) partner interview 2) one on one case study 3) business writing 4) group discussion/presentation. Questions asked were relatively easy: Why Deloitte? Describe a challenging situation faced at work/uni. What are your strengths?
It was so-so. The interviewer was kind, but it would've been better if you guys give assurance/confirmation about the result of the interview. I would respect the company more if you did this right to other applicants.
It was an online super day. With 2 group activities and two interviews with directors. Directors asked mostly behaviour questions. The group activities were more hands on, required to work in a team and present results and conclusion at the end.
