Interview
The interview was for the Global Internship Program, and consisted of 2 rounds before the personal interview.
The first round was a typical psychometric test with calculus and verbal parts.
The second round consisted in doing several recordings answering typical questions like "Why you are the best candidate", "Why have you applied to the Global Internship Program..."

Question 1
I do not remember one question as being especially difficult. It was a typical interview with the only drawback that it was recorded and answering was a bit awkward (in front of your webcam). I think that you have to really stand out and try to be as original as you can as everybody will be answering exactly the same to those standard questions.
Si divide come segue:
-il primo è un colloquio conoscitivo telefonico di circa 10 minuti.
-il secondo è un colloquio con i Manager di circa un’ora.
-successivamente vi è la proposta economica
self intro and questions about your CV, mainly focused on the scenario based questions like how you manage your time and work, what you will do when you have a difficult task that you can't finish by yourself.
The interview process was normal, they asked general questions, all you have to do is be confident and answer everything you know with confidence, brush up your basics and you'll do good it was overall good
