Interview
I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.

Question 1
Describe a time in which you solved a difficult problem.
2.5 rounds of interview containing mixed behavioral and technical.
Met a partner at a hackathon and did a preliminary introduction / interview to gauge your interests.
1 round internet video interview 4 months later. This is done via a recording of you. Bad experience here as you are given 30s to read and think of a response in which you speak for 2-5 minutes per question afterwards. Mixed of behavior and technical question.
Final round interview in the office with a manager. They are very friendly and will guide you through the interview.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
