I applied through employee referral. I had a first technical round on telephone. The results were disclosed after 3 working days. And was called for second technical round as face to face interview. After cracking that round. Next round was versant test. This round has been considered tough & unpredictable. Even though you have good communication skills,you might fail this test. You have to very focused,loud & clear with each word you speak. Next is HR/Manager round where you discuss reasons of joining this firm, how can company will be benefitted with your hiring and salary negotiation

It was a telephonic interview. Got a mail that your interview has been scheduled. But before this you have to give an online test in 24 hours. It was basic MCQ's testing related test. I got pass.
