I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2011
Interview
I was being interviewed as an experienced hire and was able to have 3interviews. 1 on the phone and 2 in person. The interviews mostly just talked about my experience and tried to gauge my personality. I was given an offer by the time I got home from the interview.
Really long process; after a verbal offer, I got ghosted and now the offer is rescinded because my expected salary is higher than that of another candidate:) Very disappointing and discouring experience
The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
