Interview
The interview process consisted of several structured rounds, including an initial HR screening, a technical interview focused on financial analysis and valuation, and a final conversation with senior team members. Communication was generally clear, and each step gave a good overview of the role and expectations. The interviewers were professional and tried to understand both my technical skills and cultural fit. While the process was fairly intensive, it was well-organized and allowed me to present my experience in detail.

Question 1
They asked me to walk through how I would approach evaluating a potential acquisition target, including which financial metrics I would review and how I would structure the valuation.
First interview is with HR, pretty standard, no issues. Second interview was a group case study supervised by a manager and the final interview was with a partner technical + fit.
The interview consisted of 3 rounds.
1 - aptitude test (logical reasoning, quants and verbal)
2- basic resume interview round
3 - HR round
Interviews were all very polite and nice
