Dell Technologies Software Test Engineer interview questions

First round was aptitude + basic coding round conducted on mettl platform. Out of 80 30 were selected for the next round. Second round was technical interview round. There were 2 interviewers. Questions were mostly based on the skills and projects mentioned in the resume. Couple of coding question were asked and told to solve it on paper. 3rd was managerial round and 4th was HR. Unfortunately I couldn't crack the second round.

The Interview process was typical having first aptitude round which was of medium to hard difficulty -90 minutes 60 questions.Question ranged from ratio n proportions,mixtures,sequence,trigonometry,data interpretation,C,C++,DBMS,Software engineering,OS,Computer Networks,DS. This was the main filtering round as only 15 were selected out of approx 400+ candidates. Next day was the technical round -The questions were generic ranging from DS, OS, CN, Basic computer hardware, and some puzzles. Was asked to write some code in C and queries in DBMS involving normalization etc. Questions relating to the project which I had done was also asked in detail. Next round was HR round which had basic questions nothing out of the ordinary. Overall it was a great experience, The hiring team was great. Good Luck!
