7. Online application had to be filled out (even though I had answered the same questions when I applied for the job originally)
8. 3rd party company sent email with link and login info - and again many pages of forms and questions
Finally notified just days before start date that everything had cleared.
9. First day and more forms to complete with the same questions and info again !
Comments:
Applying online to job - not a good or easy experience - very intrusive information requested
Interview process excellent : efficient, timely, professional
Onboarding - very poor - too much duplication of requests for same info over and over.

Question 1
Describe a time when you were unable to meet a deadline.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Sydney)
Interview
Three step interview process. Team member, then boss, then SVP. Each interview was pretty informal, and they asked a variety of questions about experience and team fit. They do ask the standard 30/60/90 plan questions. Overall it was a reasonable process and each person I met seemed genuine.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Boston, MA) in Feb 2024
Interview
3 rounds of interviews, first with a recruiter, second with a sales manager and third in person. Overall it was fun, and I learned a lot. It was a nice headquarters and it was for their former EMC division.
The interview process was smooth. Two people took my interview but the manner of asking questions was a bit demeaning. Apart from this, the interview went average. The interview was difficult.
