Short and to the point. Was very honest about expectations. Told me up front there was a hiring freeze, they were contracting out for a project and that anyone hired would likely be let go once the project was completed

Interview
The interview was very informal and I was asked many basic questions regarding to my background and how I had heard about the job and why I was interested in working at Dell. I was also asked my previous work experience as well as my future career plans. Finally, I was asked about current events and how I would handle them.
