Interview
The process took 2+ months. I applied and did not hear anything for a month+. Received an email from HR for pre-screening questions. Did not receive an update for another two weeks or so after my response. I ended up following up if they were going forward or not. Then I received an invite for another role I did not apply to with a Manager. It was still in the same job description, but different level. More of pre-screen then an actual interview. Radio silences for the next three weeks and random interview invite for another pre-screen with a director. Following week I had a two 2-people panel interviews and spoke about experience, the role, and behavioral questions. All interviews were zoom video calls. I think the interview process took longer than it should, but other than that it was a normal process.

Interview
The selection process consists of three rounds. The first two rounds are technical, focusing on an in-depth assessment of skills. The third round is an HR interview, which also includes the Manager. The primary emphasis is on the technical rounds, where skills are thoroughly evaluated.

4 different interviews with relevant stakeholders - took around a month from start to completion. I was qualified so I didn’t find these to be challenging, just needed to be able to bring examples of experience to the table
