I was referred by a current employee who I had worked with on a three year project. I had one phone interview with teh hiring manager before receiving the offer.

On this interview, there were no difficult or unexpected questions. What was unexpected was how easy the interview was.

It was the first round phone interview with HR. The HR gentleman sounded polite. He provided me a brief job description. Then he started to ask a lot of typical behavioral interview questions, It last about 30 min. as scheduled.
