sat is drive I selected in 2 technical and managerial interview and signed form.Then hr discussed salary details and told we will get back to you(serving np 43 days remaining).But they never called ya mailed.Again October month i attended interview then also no reply.
Worst hr team they mostly hire girls and internal referrals and interview time they are asking who refer you.Mangers mostly preference girls only.
Thats why emc loosing his value in market.

There were 3 rounds. 2 technical and 1 HM (Hiring Manager) round. The interviews went very smoothly and I cleared both the technical rounds. The HM round went well too, but after that I had to constantly keep following up with my HR for a feedback. Upon multiple requests for a feedback, after more than 2 weeks from the HM round, she shared a generic template email informing me that I had not been selected for further rounds. Of course the reason for rejection was not cited. What a spectacular waste of time for both the candidates as well as the interviewers!

Interview
My first round was telephonic about which I had already posted my experience.
Once I was selected, the HR scheduled a f2f MR round. I was asked to show up by 12pm and the process was really smooth. I had to wait for half an hour before I was called.
The interview lasted for 30minutes and the interviewer was very friendly. He was a really interesting person to talk to. I said I was from Kochi and the first thing he told me was "Damn.. You people should really allow people to smoke in your campus.. It should not be a no smoke zone :P"
Overall my experience my good. I liked the dell campus very much. Currently waiting for an offer in case I got through.
