Interview
The Interview process had 5 levels.
1. Resume review and job history
2. Basic Voice and Accent test
3. Grammar and Technical test
4. SME/Manager Interview
5. Final Interview with HR Sr Manager/Technical Head
The HR executive was very clear about the profile required but was unaware of the grades applicable for the role, hence it could be misleading as the HR promised something and the final interview result was totally different. Please ensure you speak and clear your questions in the initial rounds itself to avoid confusion later. Other than that be prepared to wait for a long time as the whole process could easily take a day. Since the cafeteria is open 24/7 it will make the process a bit easier.

Interview
I went through 4 different rounds when I joined Dell in February 2010. I had my first round with HR who validated me with respect to my communication primarily.
Then I went through technical round with one of the SMEs from the process which I was interviewing for.
I cleared the round and then was asked to face another round of interview with an Operations Manager that was for a good 90 Minutes which I cleared as well.
Finally I was asked to attend the last round which was known as Versant round which I cleared with 86% against the minimum of 75%.
I was offered a job as I cleared all these rounds.

Interview
It was grueling. I had to go through several rounds of interview, one after another. But honestly, it was fun. I had anticipated that way. Because to work with the likes of Dell, one has to be a good fit.
