I had a phone interview and was successful. Questions were mostly very basic such as Why Debenhams? What is great customer Service? Examples of how you dealt with angry/happy customer. Why team work is important? And why should we hire you? It all took 30 minuets and after a few days I received a call back inviting me for a group activities. Group activities were approximately 2hrs long. First part was an ice breaker, included questions like: which country you would like to travel to the most, your idol, and a funny fact about yourself. Second part involved working as a team. Activities included such things as: what is great customer service give at least 10 examples. How do you treat an angry customer, give at least 5 examples, etc. Try to stand out as an individual but DO use word WE, shows that you are a team player. Third part was face to face interview, questions were the same as during phone interview.
