I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dealer eProcess in Jun 2020
Interview
Applied online for Full Stack Role.
Step 1: Assessment based on PHP, JS ,HTML,CSS code. [No review]
Step 2:Phone interview with Resume Review. [Asked if comfortable for multiple roles, which as a full stack developer it is assumed you would be comfortable] [Still no review of previous assignment, so assuming it went well that is why got the step 2 call]
Step 3: Given another assessment. [Sent assessment late, received answers before time, evaluator went on a vacation, someone else asked to review, they did not so wait till main evaluator is back then boom you are rejected because there were glitches in both assessments] [Now they give feedback on both of them] [wasted my time on waiting and waiting and then no solid feedback, just glitches here and there and other candidates did the work on time with perfection, but I am sure other candidates did not wait like a fool, keep on contacting them]

Interview
For me the hiring process was a little different because I was applying for two positions, front end or full stack. There was an initial interview then a code test/review. Then I was asked to come back for a 2nd interview. The interviewers gave me feedback on the first review and then I was given a 2nd set of code to reivew. After completing it took them 3-5 days to review that and then an offer was made.

Question 1
One of the code reviews was to debug and improve a few php classes based on shapes.
