Fairly simple. Firstly is a phone screening and second interview. Second interview asks questions about your experience, asks about challenges you’ve faced, what you did in certain roles, general interview questions.

I had a phone screening with HR and was invited into the office for a second round interview with multiple Marketing Managers. Overall, it was a good experience but it seemed like I was almost over qualified but had barely any experience at that point in my career. I never was sure if they were being overly-friendly or were extremely desperate to fill the role.
