How do you support leaders through periods of organizational change?
Had a phone screen and an in-person interview, was told by the interviewer I’d be invited back for another interview and then was ghosted. It’s perfectly fine to not select me for a role, but communication is key. I’d much rather be told in an honest and upfront manner than be ghosted.
