Copeland interview questions

Very simple and straight forward. Asked about my resume and other basic questions regarding learning style and previous projects. They showed interest in my extra curriculars. Initial phone interview, then zoom interview with two engineers at the worksite. Very fast response after both.

After submitting my application during the first week of September, I received an invitation for an HR interview two weeks later. The HR representative was very approachable and asked basic questions about my background. Following that interview, I waited nearly three weeks for the manager-level interview, which was delayed due to the year-end and quarter-end activities in October. The manager who interviewed me was very kind. Even though I did not have prior experience in the position I applied for, she decided to hire me and shared valuable advice that I will never forget.
