I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Copart
Interview
They never really interviewed me formally. I met the GM at Starbucks and asked him a little about the job and he said he would call me back. When I didn't hear back I called him and they told me to come in and fill out the paperwork.

I applied online. I interviewed at Copart (Dallas, TX)
Interview
The recruiting team automatically rejects, ignores, and makes false promises to potential employers. Copart as a company does not seem to care about their employee's and potential onboarding staff. The Human Resource Department (as recruiting has stated) is non-existent and they have staff running both departments at once.
