First there was a call to ask for experience i had followed shortly after with an in person interview which was laid back. Ask aboit experience and how you are in specific situations. Offered on the spot.
I applied online. I interviewed at Copart (Dallas, TX)
Interview
The recruiting team automatically rejects, ignores, and makes false promises to potential employers. Copart as a company does not seem to care about their employee's and potential onboarding staff. The Human Resource Department (as recruiting has stated) is non-existent and they have staff running both departments at once.
