Process started with written test of C.
Two person started interview process. Interview started with "introduce yourself" and moved to what you currently doing for your current organisation? After explaining my work, they asked what topics you know in C. Asked about basic C fundamentals, few questions on processor, and an analytical question.
They have asked how you rate yourself in C and analytical thinking. Then very brief explanation of profile they are offering was given. It was very quick brief introduction of JD. After this round 2 more round was conducted, one with teamlead and another with HR.
I found no bossism and very easy corporate culture during the process.
