Interview
Very organized and always met the time and date that was specified. For the final round I had to travel to Chennai as my immediate manager was onsite. One disadvantage is, you can never meet the HR team, they are always available on calls alone.

It was my immediate manager and one level above who interviewed me. They explained their current state/problem and asked me how I will go about contributing.
Campus interview given on online mode.
Asked questions related to previous work experience. and nothing else.
What ever was there on my resume, they verified of i know about it in detail.

The interview process is very easy for the new joiner. Based on the communication and language skills they select. The bgv and joining process were too much pain, it’s a big process. But you can finish it on your own
