The interview process is very easy for the new joiner. Based on the communication and language skills they select. The bgv and joining process were too much pain, it’s a big process. But you can finish it on your own
had a round of technical and another round of hr interview. since the role was in pre sales not much of a technical delving there and hr round is more of a cultural and value alignment check
