Applied through University. Heard back within a couple weeks to do an interview on campus. Had a great conversation, just think he was looking for people in a certain class.

Tell me about a time where you had to work in a team.
Long delay from application to interview. Otherwise no issues. They’re hesitant to negotiate and pays slightly below average. Good for starting out your career. The interview was individual panel interviews. No group interviews
Three steps: phone screening with a recuriter, and followed by two behavioral interviews with individuals that will be on or under the vertical that you will be reporting under. Pretty straight forward, and not super technical.
