      3 step process. Initial 30-minute phone interview with the corporate recruiter, interview the division president, final on-site interview with two team members. Ask questions regarding the field of recruitment, metrics, and situation based scenarios.

      The initial interview is done virtually. They go over your work history and ask questions about your day to day as a recruiter as well as your skills. If selected for a second interview they will schedule an in-person interview, then a 3rd interview with the VP. The interview process took about 30 minutes.

      Pretty straightforward 2-3 interviews and formal offer after all background checks completed; met with higher ups on 3rd round. Lacking in the interview question process; i asked better questions; very easy to get through the process. Moves quickly from start to finish
