Situational judgement test questions based off Co ops values and culture. I was told I would be given score based on how good my questions were. I was given a preparation pack to prepare. The questions on there were very similar to what was asked in the interview.

Quite thorough. There was a whole preparation guide that I was given in advance to prepare how to structure my answers. My interviewer asked for very specific instances from my examples that I struggled with.
