I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Co-op (Solihull, England) in Feb 2021
Interview
Really friendly, lots of room to be yourself and get a good feel for the store and team dynamics. Basic interview questions, kind of self led for most. most relaxed interview i've experienced.
I applied online. I interviewed at Co-op (Wootton, East of England, England)
Interview
Bad. Felt unprofessional and did not enjoy the minutes there. Was not given follow-up after the interview and had to go constantly try and get a reply. This resulted in nothing and empty promises.
It was not stressful. The manager ensured that everything went smoothly. She gave me an overview of the company and my role along with the benefits that was included with my role.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself.
Tell me about a time when you had to take a stand for yourself?
Short and chilled experience, wasn't able to offer any idea about a steady schedule and said it was going to be all over the place and being a university student this wasn't very reassuring.
