I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Co-op (Luton, East of England, England) in Jan 2025
Interview
Really straight forward, I got asked a couple of introduction questions and two behavioural questions. As this was my first time interviewing for a job, I was quite nervous but it was a lot better than I thought it'd be. Interviewer was friendly and the questions weren't too hard, they ask the same questions they sent in the email, just prepare for those and you'll be fine.
