it was a video interview, not final interview. questions provided before hand so quite easy to prepare for. only four questions in total. didn't give a time limit on questions.

Interview
It was very standardised and competancy based, they seem to want you to provide answers in a fragmented and ridiculous story like style with a clear begining middle and end, not seeming to appreciate the complexities of situations. Conduct a presentation, you are pressurised to use a flip chart, something which was fairly annoying and a tad outdated.
