Interview
One on one interview, gave a large amount of varied what-if scenarios which I had to navigate well and describe adequetly. After which I was given a large amount of general questions centering on how well I would work in a team of people and how the position I was applying for suited me.

How well do you work in a team was the central question a lot of the others worked around.
They made me wait for over 20 minutes after I arrived 5 minutes earlier. When a manager begin to interview me about some questions，but no behaviour questions or experience questions.

Submitted my resume online and then got a request to complete the test to check competence and how good are your customer service skills and then face to face interview at the store location with the manager
