Initial Online Assessment of which responses were emailed back to applicant.. To also see if role and company would be a suitable fit for both both parties concerned. Followed by an offer for an Interview face to face at the nominated store

Interview
Bad. Felt unprofessional and did not enjoy the minutes there. Was not given follow-up after the interview and had to go constantly try and get a reply. This resulted in nothing and empty promises.
It was not stressful. The manager ensured that everything went smoothly. She gave me an overview of the company and my role along with the benefits that was included with my role.

Tell me about a time when you had to take a stand for yourself?
Short and chilled experience, wasn't able to offer any idea about a steady schedule and said it was going to be all over the place and being a university student this wasn't very reassuring.
