I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Co-op (Aberdeen, Scotland) in Nov 2019

Interview

A simple questioning process mostly about personality and a little about previous work experience. Heavily dependent on you as a person and how you get on with the interviewer/manager. It was a quick 10-15 minutes interview in one of the offices. They did have staff popping in an out but it wasn't too intrusive

Previous experience in retail Boilerplate questions like "When was an instance you demonstrated leadership, ingenuity, etc"

Nice guy who interviewed me but took 3 week to reply. Found the interview preparation quite intense in relation to what the job was. Was told that 15 others were interviewed so wasn’t rly any hope of getting the job.

It was calm they explained everything to me. It lasted to 30 minutes. I was interviewed by two people. Just be calm and gather thoughts don’t rush to answer the 5 value question
