Applied online, was first invited to complete an online assessment, after that there was a telephone interview (lasting about 10 minutes) then a face-to-face interview (2ish hours) which also involved small tasks such as a basic adding up math's test (with calculator) and amending an email by underlining incorrect spelling and grammar .

Psychometric testing if that is passed you moved onto the next stage which is Situational Questions. If you pass this you are offered a telephone interview and if successful selected to attend an interview.

Describe a time you went out of your way to help someone.
Interview was long. At first I had to do a simple maths and English test which was fine. Then waited a long time to be seen by anyone. Then was interviews by two members of staff. Interview was very formal.
