Telephone interview with 2 team members present. I was emailed with one name only to discover the named person wasn't available. I was also asked to change the time of my interview. The interview was a telephone interview with 2 members of the team. It wasn't particularly structured, wasn't competence based, and was undertaken by frankly, someone extremely middle class, who seemed to waffle a lot. They weren't even clear as to what they wanted. Feedback took over a week, I had to prompt their HR department, only to receive an email of thanks but no thanks, other candidates had skills and experience more relevant. When I asked, nobody can actually tell me what this skills and experience is.
My whole impression is that it comes down to class, how you answer questions, rather than what you've done. Nothing short of a disgraceful process and disgraceful lack of feedback.
